A scoreboard graces the wall of the new safe room and full gym at Cecil Floyd Elementary. Six basketball goals can be electronically raised and lowered. The stripes are now on the floor, and classes have enjoyed using the brand new facility. Almost three years after Joplin's EF5 tornado, this new structure expands the school's footprint and gives the community a sense of security during severe weather. |
