Good news! Now it's your turn to read my new book, There's No Busyness Like School Busyness. You can order this book from my own webstore, from Amazon, and for your Kindle.
The physical book arrived in today's mail! I can hold it in my hand and turn the pages with my fingers. It's exciting to see my writing in physical form. It's always exciting to see this view. The only thing I can't do it hold it. I have now looked over the digital proof, and will have a physical proof copy in my hand before I know it. This is one more reminder to proofread my text before approving it to be published. I'm not sure how many times I have been through it on the computer screen, tweaking words here and there, making sure the titles are in the right places, checking the consistency of the fonts, etc. I find more little errors every time I walk through the pages. Still, with patience, this book for teachers will be headed to the printer soon. I'm pretty determined to make it available before the school year begins. |
